Protein Synergy is a protein blend that has been designed as a specific muscle growth (anabolic) protein. It’s a single protein supplement which meets all of your needs. Synergy is a protein blend of 5 types,  including Whey Protein Isolate (WPI), Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC), Micellar Casein, and egg albumen. Synergy uses only grass-fed whey from healthy, happy cows to add to the nutritional profile. The carefully-selected blend of proteins in Protein Synergy was chosen to provide hard-training athletes with superior muscle growth with both fast and medium release proteins.

Delivery Timeframes

• 2–5 business days for most areas

• Up to 9 business days for WA

• Next business day delivery for Newcastle, Hunter Region, Central Coast & Sydney suburbs

Fast Dispatch

• Orders packed and dispatched within 24 hours

• Our team works before, during, and after business hours

• Example: Order placed at 8:45pm Wednesday → Packed that night → Collected between 6:30am–10:00am Thursday

Order Tracking

• Order confirmation email sent as soon as your order’s placed

• Shipping confirmation email (with tracking link) sent once your order leaves our warehouse

If you’re not home when your delivery arrives:

• The driver will leave your parcel in a safe spot if possible

• Or leave a card for collection at your nearest pick-up point (e.g. AusPost outlet)

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your order — but please note:

We don’t accept returns for opened supplements due to change of mind or flavour preference.

If there’s a problem with your order (e.g. expired product, damage, or incorrect item):

1. Email us with your order number and name in the subject line

2. Include a clear, detailed explanation of the issue

3. Attach clear photos of:

   • The product (showing name, size, and flavour)

   • Expiry date and batch number

   • The issue you’re reporting

We’ll review your request and confirm if a replacement or alternative can be arranged.

• Allow up to 48 hours for a response

• Note: We can’t accept returns or issue refunds for orders placed over two months ago
